Recently, we did a quick late night fashion portfolio builder for Joshua. The brothers at Style by FEA styled Joshua, who brought his own brand new Zara suit that he wanted to be photographed in.
Alex Tran achieved the perfect balance in grooming Joshua for this photo shoot. A simple neat slick part, without even changing the makeup, brings on a whole other attitude expanding the model's look range.
Checkout the resulting images from this photo shoot with Joshua. Models, inquire about our portfolio building services with the opportunity to get published. It doesn't matter if you are experienced and already have a portfolio (in which case, refresh your portfolio with us) or just starting out in the industry. We have the creative team to make you look good. This is what Joshua had to say about this shoot with us.
Here is the lighting setup. Basically, one key light and a reflector. For the clothed looks, the Bowens 12.5in high performance reflector with sock diffusion was used (the one showed in the behind the scenes image below). For the naked images, a Profoto Large White Deep Umbrella was used.
These images also happen to be the first ones made with the new lighting setup. If you didn't know, my old lighting setup got destroyed at a cover shoot recently. Sigh. But I am liking these new Bowens 400RX monoblocs. Very strong built. Heavy. Buit-in radio trigger. Easy learning curve for assistants. I tried to pick the more portable smaller sized ones. And then we outfited them with the battery pack for our crazy on-location shoots and a couple of modifiers to output different styles of lighting.
